Favorite Class: History 9.01: The Americas From Invasion To IndependenceWith only 12 people, this course was the perfect seminar style course to introduce me to the history department at Dartmouth. We learned about pre-Columbus America up until the American Revolution, exploring a vast period of American history that is largely swept over in high school curriculums.

Favorite Class: Writing 5: The Supreme CourtAs someone who hopes to attend law school one day, this course was the perfect introduction to legal jargon, briefs, and the like. Professor Kalish helped me improve my writing my leaps and bounds as we explored judicial philosophies, current Supreme Court cases, and court history.

Favorite Class: English 34: Modern American DramaDespite my inability to sing or act, I've always been a big fan of theatre. Quite frankly, this course is one of the reasons I applied to Dartmouth in the first place. We read plays written from the early 1900s up to Hamilton, engaging with each deeply through class discussions and essay writing.
SummerSingapore
Favorite Class: DPCS InternshipThis summer I interned with a food bank in Philadelphia called Philabundance through the Dartmouth Partners in Community Service (DPCS) summer internship program. Each year, students apply to be matched as interns with non-profits in San Francisco, Philadelphia, or Boston. I completed the 10 week internship remotely from Asia, working a 9pm to 5am shift 5 days a week. It was an incredibly timely experience, as I worked primarily on Philabundance's COVID-19 relief efforts.
An Ode To Hanover Sunsets
One of the best things about the Upper Valley is its spectacular sunsets that we get to witness each evening.
A Day in the Life of an Off-Campus Sophomore
Each day has looked a little bit different, but here is a glance into my life at Dartmouth this fall!
Hanover Fall Amidst a Pandemic
With Dartmouth students out of quarantine, campus has a feel not too different from that of a "regular term."
Is Early Decision Right for Me?
Potential members of the class of 2025, you are finally seniors—and I bet you're probably just about as shocked about that as I am.
Thriving in Ambiguity
With COVID-19, all of us have been forced to put aside our meticulous plans and simply bask in the question "what comes next?"
Lessons from Freshman Year
I've had a lot of time over the past few months to reflect on my first year at Dartmouth. I've considered the many highs, but also the lows. Together they make my freshman year a mix of humbling, beautiful, challenging, and gratifying moments.
My (Socially-Distanced) Dartmouth Bucket List
There are so many things that come to mind when I ask myself what I miss about campus. The smiles as you pass classmates on the Green, the satisfaction of finishing a paper in the Baker Berry tower room, the sweet taste of a FOCO cookie.
The Big Move-In
'24s, as the beginning of your Dartmouth experience nears, I thought that I would provide you with a couple of my own insights into what kind of things you will need to bring with you if you're on campus for your first term at Dartmouth.
Rowing for Justice: A Team's Response to the Black Lives Matter Movement
In the aftermath of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery's tragic deaths, the Heavyweight, Lightweight, and Women's crews at Dartmouth decided that it was time to act.
What To Do in the Middle of Nowhere
One question that prospective students tend to ask is: "What exactly is there to do in a small New Hampshire town?"
