Final Secondary School Report

The Final Secondary School Report is a form that is submitted by your high school counselor and typically summarizes your academic performance through the end of your senior year of high school. Along with the Final Secondary School Report, the final transcript is submitted once final grades of senior year are available.

Enrolling Students

Enrolling Early Decision and Regular Decision applicants are required to submit a Final Secondary School Report and final transcript from their secondary school in June.

Transfer Applicants

Transfer applicants are required to submit a Final Secondary School Report and final transcript from their secondary school with their application submission by March 1.
