Stepping into the wilderness

Dartmouth is a small, unique community. There are many quirks about the college that I'm still learning myself. First-year trips are an introduction to both the outdoors and campus life. I loved my trip, and I'm sure you will too!

My weeks at Dartmouth are often full of back-to-back events and a constant rush of activity. For me, the best way to quell these negatives is to leave school behind and become one with the trees. 

Dartmouth is full of quirks and traditions that make us… unique. A "sunrike" is one of them; come on the journey with me!

Part of the Dartmouth appeal is that Dartmouth is a very close-knit community. You often hear this said about the student body, but it's true about the student-faculty relationships as well.

It's winter everyone! Although I definitely have enjoyed my time inside drinking hot chocolate and tea, I finally set much time aside this weekend to have fun outdoors!
