In honor of my first month at Dartmouth, I want to provide excerpts from my journal, hopefully lending a condensed understanding of how I am settling into Dartmouth.
Being away from the Dartmouth's campus and some of my closest friends has given me an opportunity to reflect on the community I was able to find at Dartmouth during this past academic year.
I haven't been up to much lately because I have been in quarantine due to COVID-19 the past 10 days. But my friends (?) were having the time of their lives without me. Here's what they have been up to.
This Saturday I went to a Riverview Farm trip organized by the South House and North Park Housing Communities. Housing communities can be amazing ways to meet new people, create new memories, or just find fun things to do at Dartmouth!
Dartmouth has a pre-orientation tradition of taking hundreds of incoming freshmen into the wilderness for several days for a program we call First Year Trips.
