FallHanover, New Hampshire
Favorite Class: SART 015: Drawing 1The class I cherish the most so far at Dartmouth! It was an absolute pleasure to explore my creative side in this beginner art class.
WinterHanover, New Hampshire
Favorite Class: SART 025: Painting 1The sequel to Drawing 1! Undoubtedly harder, but definitely a great class. I can now say, with confidence, that I am able to paint a mango successfully.

Freshman Do's and Don'ts!
A compilation of things to keep in mind as you start your freshman year at Dartmouth!
- No. 1
Laundry Time
Do not wait until Saturday night to do your laundry! I made this mistake during my first few weeks and had to deal with a literal queue to wash and dry my clothes. Also, make sure to take out your laundry on time or someone else will take it out for you and leave it on a counter. Dartmouth recently introduced free laundry for all students!

Green Print
Green Print is the printing software that Dartmouth uses. The misunderstandings accompanying it were a bit frustrating for me at first. I waited until the end of freshman fall to use a printer just because I thought it was too complicated when it was actually simple enough. Each student gets sixty dollars per term to use for printing; there are many printers in the library and surrounding buildings. Make note that only some printers function in color!

Dining Dollars
Dining dollars are a part of the Ivy Unlimited Dining Plan that every freshman is enrolled in. In addition to unlimited meal swipes at the dining hall, students also get 250 dining dollars to spend at the cafes around campus! Spend it wisely because I have many friends who finished their dining dollars too early and ended up eating only at the dining hall for a few weeks. Collis Cafe has some great lunch specials such as the noodle bowl pictured above!
