What date do classes start for the fall 2026 term at Dartmouth?

The first day of classes is Monday, September 14, 2026. All students will be required to attend New Student Orientation before this date (see the NSO website for details). New Student Orientation includes arrival/move-in and First-Year Trips (if you choose to participate) as well as important, required programs that will introduce you to the Dartmouth community, its curriculum, and your classmates.
