Dartmouth's campus extends far beyond Hanover. The Dartmouth Skiway, Moosilauke Ravine Lodge, and the Second College Grant are also home to Dartmouth students!

Another important location for students is the Dartmouth Organic Farm, aka the O-Farm. Dartmouth Outing Club (DOC) hosts many events at the O-Farm throughout the year, especially during the fall and spring when the weather is nicer.

In the spring, I went to Brewhaha at the O-Farm, a fun day-long event filled with activities and food. The event gets its name from all the brewed drinks that are served, like coffee, tea, and kombucha.

The O-Farm is located a couple of miles away from campus, so for events like this, students can take free shuttle buses from campus to the event.

For Brewhaha, my friend and I boarded one of the earlier buses and got to the O-Farm with plenty of time to enjoy the whole event. When we got there, we checked out the barn first; inside, there were a bunch of crafts. After crafting for a bit, we went back outside to see the food and drinks.

Near the greenhouse, students were handing out kombucha, coffee, and all kinds of brewed beverages. After grabbing drinks, we walked further down the path to the food trucks and grabbed some lunch.

With our food and drinks, we finally took a seat and listened to the student bands performing. One of the best parts of Dartmouth is the student band,s and I love any chance I can get to listen to them and vibe to their music!

Besides Brewhaha, the O-Farm also hosts a similar event, "Harfest," in the fall. I didn't go last year, but after how much I loved going to Brewhaha, I knew I had to go to Harfest this year.

This time, all the food and beverages were autumn-themed, like apple cider donuts and drinks. My friend was especially excited that they had gluten-free donuts!

Crafts were happening again in the barn, so we checked that out next. Here I screen-printed a really cute shirt that says "Harfest" with a green pine tree on it.

After crafting, we met up with more of our friends and grabbed food. We then explored a part of the O-Farm I had never been to before, which is a path that leads to the Connecticut River. Down there, on the grassy area next to the river, were more crafting activities. There was pumpkin and rock painting, which I, of course, participated in!

The beautiful view of the river from the O-Farm!

Eventually, we went back up to the main area and, after grabbing hot cocoa, sat down to listen to bands, which were great!

Brewhaha and Harfest are some of my favorite Dartmouth traditions. The free food, crafts, and connection to nature are awesome, and I love having a space to hang out with my friends!

I love the O-Farm so much, and I can't wait to go again to eat great food and listen to great music!
