Federal Financial Aid

Federal financial aid is funded by the federal government for U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and eligible non-citizens. 

Aid from the government can include federal grants, student loans, PLUS loans, and work-study. All federal financial aid is determined by the information submitted on the FAFSA, and will be included in your Dartmouth financial aid award.
