One of the staple characteristics of the D-Plan is the off-term, a term in which you are not taking classes! Most students at Dartmouth will take at least one off-term, and this winter happens to be my turn! What will I be doing?

Unlike some other universities, many of the STEM lecture classes at Dartmouth require concurrent enrollment in a laboratory section. What is it like navigating that time as a student?

Trying to pick classes at a liberal arts college can be like navigating your way through a maze. This was my compass for getting me through my first college course selection.

Dartmouth is special because it offers abundant resources with little risk or cost. This environment allows passions to flourish, as students have the time, resources, and security to take the necessary risks and grow in their chosen fields.

This summer, I'm taking a set of courses focused on science and medicine; it's resulted in a rather thematic summer term! Check it out!
