For the last term of my freshman year, I'm finishing up some requirements, a tried-and-true choice. The overall class choices in my freshman year were standard, but rewarding all the same!

Right now, I'm taking a Writing 5 class called Food for Thought, focusing on environmental, agricultural, culinary, and nutritional aspects of the food we choose to eat.
