With more than 160 student organizations on campus, there is simply an endless amount of things to do on campus. Whether you are studying theater or government, there are numerous activities that align with every interest. And even if you do not find a club that fits you, you can create your own! Doing so is quite simple and allows you to further your specific interests. Let me tell you about my involvement on campus!

Dartmouth Civics: Dartmouth Civics is a club that deals with everything regarding elections! As an ambassador, I help promote the club's message and have a lot of fun doing it. We do everything from social events to huge voter registration drives, so this club is definitely worth joining. Election day in 2024 was such an amazing day to see everyone civically engaged, and thanks to Dartmouth Civics I was involved in it!

Dartmouth Law Journal: The Dartmouth Law Journal is one of the nation's first law journals that is run by undergraduates. As an associate editor, I edit a few pages of a law article that has been submitted, and we rotate through pages every week so that each editor can read the entire article! It is really interesting to see how law-related articles are written and the format it has, so if you have any interest in law school, this is the club to join!

POLIS: This club is also known as Pi Lambda Sigma, which is a pre-law society. This club focuses on all things related to government and law school, and we get to listen to amazing speakers and also focus on resumes and interviews for our future! If you are interested in hearing about the various tracks related to these fields, as well as getting assistance for such tracks, then this is the club for you.

Research: I do research through the computer science department, where I am working on analyzing smart-home devices and the impact it has on houses as well as privacy. Through this role, I have been able to take large amounts of data and systematize them into spreadsheets, which has been super cool! You can find research through JobX and also through professors, so there are many ways to get involved.

These are my main activities that I do on campus, but I intend to join even more in the future!
