I want to tell you about the courses I took at Dartmouth to fulfill my "distributive requirements."

In essence, my diverse courses converge on a singular lesson: the art of thinking both critically and creatively, a skill essential in the age of artificial intelligence. To me, this epitomizes the essence of a liberal arts education.

In my experience, some of the best courses I've taken at Dartmouth have been outside my immediate area of academic study, and I'd like to give you a term-by-term rundown of them in this blog!

This will sound almost, unutterably cliché, and that is because it is. I love one of my classes so much this term—Colt 18.04: Climate Change, Fiction, and the Apocalyptic Imaginary.
