Before Your Flight:
Packing for Your Trip: Some airlines charge a fee to check a bag. Either bring a carry-on bag (included with your ticket) or be prepared with cash or a credit card to pay a fee to check a bag. You can check the airline website for their policy regarding baggage sizes and checked bag fees. A fee for a checked bag will not be paid by Dartmouth, so we recommend bringing a carry-on bag instead.
Warm and likely humid weather is predicted in Hanover during Dartmouth Bound. While many of the spaces we'll utilize during the day will be air-conditioned, your residence hall and other spaces may not be. Please bring clothing you'll be comfortable in. We recommend light layers and comfortable shoes. Need more information? We've got specific suggestions about what to pack.
All linens (pillows, sheets, comforters, and towels) will be provided by the College.
No need to bring a computer—we'll have notebooks and pens here for you.
