Is Dartmouth “need-blind” or “need-aware” in its admissions process for permanent residents and undocumented students?

Application Process

Dartmouth practices need-blind admissions for all applicants who are U.S. citizens, permanent residents of the U.S., undocumented students in the U.S., and persons granted a refugee visa by the U.S. government. These applicants are admitted to the College without regard to their financial circumstances.
