Although I now cannot leave my dorm without multiple layers and a pair of boots, I've found that there are some advantages of living in Hanover during the winter. Let me share some with you!

This wouldn't be possible without the amazingly helpful resources that Dartmouth offers international students, whether that's OVIS, my international student mentor, or the various other offices and students who are always there to support me.

Ever since I was introduced to Dartmouth, I was told that the small school setting allowed for the development of strong bonds, even with teachers. After taking three classes at Dartmouth, I can already tell you that's the truth.  

Seeing all the smiles and Christmas decorations in November was awesome and had me even more excited for when Christmas eventually comes around.

I can now tick "being on air" off the bucket list.

This week, the French and Italian departments hosted a visit to the Hood Museum at Dartmouth. There, we had the opportunity to discover and learn more about Francophone art.

Fortunately, being at Dartmouth not only means being able to appreciate everything a rural and outdoor setting has to offer, but also convenient transportation options to the cities near the college.

I was definitely not expecting to be wearing an inflatable hamburger, running around the Green while bumping into my friend Levi, or making a makeshift banner at Collis, but it was super fun.
