Weekend in Hanover
Hanover is full of fun activities, and great people to spend your time with. It can often be hard to choose how to spend your time outside of classes. Here are just a few things I did this weekend.

PRIDE
PRIDE week here at Dartmouth kicked off on Friday. We had nice weather and even nicer PRIDE stickers. To kick everything off PRIDE prom was that night. It was my very first PRIDE prom and I had a blast. It was heartwarming to see so many queer folks getting together and being themselves- pridefully. Each year, different student artists are asked to submit designed to the PRIDE logo based on the theme for the week. This year we are really focusing on intersectionality and the logo submission that was chosen (pictured above) looks amazing.

Bands!
There are multiple organizations on campus that bring in bands and performers to treat us here in Hanover. One of my favorites is in One Wheelock, a study space in the Collis Student Center, just about every Saturday in the spring term they bring a different artist to perform. Oh, and there's free pizza too. So on Saturday after a long day of babysitting and studying, I went over to watch Andrew Leahey and the Homestead perform songs from their new album.

Sunday Brunch-day
I love to cook, but I don't do it as often now that I'm in college. My friend Depy and I couldn't think of a better way to kick start our Sunday than making brunch together. Pictured above are stellar gluten-free pancakes, a Greek-style omelet, and dark roast coffee. After chowing down, we got to work completing readings and homework for class on Monday so that she could introduce me to the world of Game of Thrones later.
